Welcome to PebblePix. These Terms of Service govern your use of pebblepix.com and your purchase of products from PebblePix.
By visiting our website, placing an order, submitting customization details, or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
1. ABOUT PEBBLEPIX
PebblePix offers fuse beads, DIY kits, tools, accessories, handmade products, and personalized fuse bead designs.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your location or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products, website, uploads, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
You must not introduce viruses, malicious code, automated scraping tools, or other technology that may damage or interfere with the website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, quantities, and images accurately.
However:
• Colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and bead batches.
• Handmade products may have minor differences in shape, size, placement, or finish.
• Product dimensions are approximate unless otherwise stated.
• Packaging may be updated without materially changing the product.
• Accessories shown for styling purposes are not included unless stated in the product description.
PebblePix products are not intended for children who may swallow small parts unless used with appropriate adult supervision.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.
We may change product prices, promotions, or availability at any time before an order is placed.
The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, excluding any additional duties, taxes, customs charges, or fees imposed by the destination country.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully authorized or completed.
5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to decline, cancel, limit, or refund an order when reasonably necessary, including when:
• A product is unavailable
• Pricing or product information contains an error
• Payment cannot be verified
• An order appears fraudulent or abusive
• A customization request cannot reasonably be produced
• A submitted design violates these terms or applicable rights
• Shipping to the provided address is unavailable
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
6. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS
Custom products are created according to the information, images, text, colors, sizes, and options submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all submitted information before placing an order.
This includes:
• Names and spelling
• Initials and dates
• Selected colors
• Product size
• Subject count
• Selected format and accessory
• Uploaded photographs or reference images
• Special instructions
PebblePix is not responsible for errors contained in customer-submitted information after production has begun.
Custom photos are converted into a simplified pixel-style design. They are not intended to be an exact or realistic reproduction.
Small facial features, fur details, clothing, poses, colors, and background elements may be simplified based on the selected size and the limitations of fuse bead artwork.
7. DIGITAL PREVIEWS AND APPROVAL
For detailed custom orders, PebblePix may send a digital design preview to the email address used at checkout.
When a preview is provided:
• The customer must review it carefully
• Production begins after approval
• Processing time begins after approval
• One minor revision may be included when stated on the product page
Minor revisions may include small color or detail adjustments.
The following are not considered minor revisions:
• Changing the reference photo
• Changing the pose or main subject
• Adding another person or pet
• Changing the selected size
• Changing the overall design direction
• Requesting a complete redesign
Additional or major revisions may require an additional fee.
If the customer does not approve the preview or provide required information, production and processing time will remain paused.
8. CUSTOMER-UPLOADED PHOTOS AND CONTENT
By uploading a photograph, image, name, text, logo, or other content, you confirm that:
• You own the content or have permission to use it
• Its use for your order does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• The content is not unlawful, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, abusive, or otherwise prohibited
You grant PebblePix a limited permission to use the submitted content only as reasonably necessary to review, design, produce, fulfill, and support your order.
Uploading content does not give PebblePix permission to publish it in advertising, social media, or promotional materials without separate permission.
We may decline or cancel requests that we reasonably believe violate another person’s rights or these terms.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The PebblePix name, logo, website design, original photographs, written content, graphics, product presentation, and original patterns are owned by or licensed to PebblePix and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially used without permission.
Purchasing a physical product or DIY kit does not automatically transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, custom patterns and products are intended for personal use only.
Please contact us before using a PebblePix pattern or design for resale, mass production, digital distribution, or other commercial purposes.
10. DIY KITS AND CUSTOMER RESULTS
DIY kits require customer assembly, ironing, and handling.
Final results may vary depending on:
• Iron temperature
• Ironing time and pressure
• Placement accuracy
• Equipment used
• Customer experience
• Handling during assembly
PebblePix is not responsible for damage caused by improper ironing, excessive heat, incorrect assembly, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Heat tools should be used carefully and with appropriate adult supervision.
11. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Processing time is the time needed to prepare or make an order before shipment.
Estimated processing times may include:
• Regular DIY products: 3–5 business days
• Custom DIY kits: 5–7 business days
• Finished custom pieces: 7–12 business days after design approval
Shipping and delivery time are separate from processing time.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
12. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
Additional shipping fees may apply when an order must be resent because of:
• An incorrect or incomplete address
• A refused package
• Failed delivery attempts
• Failure to collect the package
• Other customer-related delivery issues
13. DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS
International customers may be responsible for import duties, local taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, or other fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not controlled by PebblePix and are not included unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import rules of their destination country.
14. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns after design work has begun.
This does not affect any rights available for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products under applicable law.
15. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions and discount codes:
• Must be used before their expiration date
• Cannot be applied after an order is placed
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• May be limited to specific products, customers, or regions
• Cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted
We may cancel or correct a promotion affected by an obvious technical or pricing error.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website may use third-party services and applications, including payment processors, review services, customer chat tools, shipping providers, and image-upload services.
Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy practices.
PebblePix is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
17. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services to:
• Violate applicable laws
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Submit fraudulent or misleading information
• Upload harmful or malicious files
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or customer information
• Resell or distribute protected PebblePix content without permission
• Interfere with the website’s security or operation
18. ERRORS AND AVAILABILITY
Product information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing, descriptions, availability, promotions, shipping, or processing times.
We may correct errors or update information before fulfilling an order.
If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and refund.
19. DISCLAIMER
We provide our website and products with reasonable care.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PebblePix will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or products.
Our responsibility for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
This section does not limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses reasonably arising from:
• Content you submit without proper rights or permission
• Your violation of these terms
• Your unlawful misuse of the website or products
• Your infringement of another person’s rights
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
